Which areas do you service?
We bring our mobile pet grooming services to clients in Benoni, Brakpan, Springs, Boksburg, Edenvale, Germiston, Kempton Park and Bedfordview. If you aren't in one of these areas send us a message and we will try to accommodate you.
Why choose mobile grooming?
Why leave your turf? The crew comes straight to you. That means no stressful car rides, no doing time in cages at a salon and no run-ins with other dogs. Your pet gets 100% undivided attention and VIP protection right in your driveway.
What do we need from you?
We bring the salon, you just provide the hookup. We need access to a standard electrical outlet and water supply. We also ask that you provide a towel for sanitary reasons.
Why do I have to use my own towel?
It's strict Mafia code: don't mix business. By using your own towel, we eliminate the risk of cross-contamination or germs from other families. It keeps your furry friend safe, healthy and clean.
How long does it take?
We work fast and we work clean. Depending on the size and coat, a typical session lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour. We make 'em look sharp without wasting time.
How often should I groom the Boss?
To keep your pet looking like a made member of the family, we recommend every four weeks. It keeps the coat healthy and prevents painful matting.
What if my dog has sensitive skin?
No sweat. We've got specialized shampoos for delicate skin.
What about the nails?
Real bosses move in silence. If you hear their nails clicking on the floor, they are too long and could hurt their posture. We'll trim 'em back so they walk comfortably.
Do you handle fleas and ticks?
We don't like freeloaders. We have flea and tick treatments available on request to whack those pests.
How do I pay?
We accept EFT or Card payments via our card machine.
What if I need to cancel?
We know things happen. But since we plan a specific route to your territory, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Don't leave the crew hanging!
